Before any finish or style decisions are made, we focus on getting the design right. We translate your goals, measurements, and storage needs into a preliminary design and review it together in a dedicated virtual meeting — walking through the layout in a live 3D environment where we can explore options and make adjustments in real time.

Many clients finalize their layout direction and move forward during this meeting. For projects requiring detailed revisions or finish and style selections, we move into Design Refinement.

When you're ready to explore the finishing touches that make a space feel truly custom — woodgrains, door and drawer styles, hardware, accessories, lighting and finishing services — we move into the Design Refinement phase. A modest, project-scaled retainer reserves dedicated design time and covers everything needed to bring your project to production-ready status.

The retainer covers:

• Detailed design revisions and layout refinements

• Curated finish, woodgrain, and hardware selections

• Door and drawer style upgrades and accessory selections

• Customized lighting plan

• Finishing services coordination (paint, wallpaper, and more)

• Production-ready proposal with full photorealistic renderings

The retainer is fully credited toward your project cost when approved within 90 days — so it's not an added expense, but a commitment that your dedicated design time is already invested in your project.

Once your design is finalized and your production deposit is received, we take it from approved plan to finished space. Your system is custom-built to order using high-quality, durable materials, then installed by our owner-led team with precision and care.
