Design & Build
With more than 25 years of combined design experience, Stefanie and Isaac have been building a life, and a business, together since 2018. Their hands-on, boutique approach means every client receives thoughtful attention, expert insight, and a design that feels truly personal.

Owner + DesignerAustin native Stefanie Bauman believes in the power of organizational transformation to improve mental health and wants to share more of that happy feeling. She thoughtfully applies her attention to detail and eye for design into the spaces she creates, balancing function and beauty.
Stefanie comes from a clinical research background, including traveling around the country as a clinical research associate, but it wasn’t until she switched into a home-based role that she met her would be husband on a Southwest Airlines flight. Yes, you’re imagining it correctly - there were only two seats left on the plane and he chose to sit next to her. They started chatting and haven’t stopped since, eventually working together full-time in his business, Magnetic Merch.
Stefanie enjoys reading, dreaming up business ideas with her husband Isaac, and playing with their toddler Hayes.

Operations + InstallOriginally from the Pacific Northwest, Isaac made his way to Texas for warmer weather and sunny days. He is formally trained in graphic design and taught himself how to screen print in his apartment, before you could instantly learn everything on the internet!
Isaac has been a business owner his entire professional career. First, as a regional apparel brand featuring his original artwork, to later moving into commercial custom screen printing and embroidery. Additionally, Isaac spent nearly a decade as an installation technician for large-scale mechanical screen printing equipment. The ultimate handyman, he is experienced in motorcycle repair and maintenance, every type of home renovation project imaginable, and even installed a farm fence on their 5-acre property (with the help of an increasingly pregnant Stefanie, who was told she would surely give birth to Hercules with all that manual labor!)
Isaac enjoys riding his dirt bike, staying physically active and spending time with his family and friends.
Clients notice Isaac's work — the alignment, the trim details, the fact that he laid down drop cloths before he started and vacuumed when he was done. The professionalism of the installation is something reviewers mention by name, every time.
